Our check in was good as was our check out experience. We used the Spa for massages, a Big thankyou to Georgia for the foot and back massage. The rooms are spacious, bright and very comfortable. For our room, we had a huge window leading to a Juliette balcony with an amazing view of the port, white cliffs, and the castle to our morning Tea and coffee. The hotel also has an amazing gym, aerobic room, spa, and a sauna which brings the value for money. The hotel staff was courteous and amicable always eager to help out and sort out any issues there might be. We had a relaxing stay.
