Right from the start, Annchen is very responsive to all my questions and request. When we arrived, JD and Joana welcomed us and greeted us after every game drive. Their service was excellent. Andre and Ru are the best guide and tracker we could have wished for, they got us as close to the animals as they can to make sure we got the best shot and had the best experience. The food is also great, i think we all gain a few from all the delicious food. Patricia always made sure we had what we need during the meals. The whole experience was very luxurious and intimate, will definitely choose this place when we visit again!
