The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!

They had few guests and I believe we were upgraded in rooms. We booked a queen bed and were in a much bigger room. It was the last night of our trip and that space really help us gather our things and pack for the trip home. The restaurant and bar downstairs were fun. We chatted with some of the other bar patrons for quite some time. We had originally planned to eat elsewhere but our conversations lead us to staying in for the evening (we had already gone out to see the town when we first arrived).

We wanted to stay out last few nights outside of London with easy access to the city. This worked perfectly with clouds access to the train stain in Staines and short run to Waterloo Station. Staff was friendly and helpful and had good suggestions for eating and exploiting. They also served a great English breakfast.

Everyone was lovely and the rooms were quaint and comfy. The homemade brownies each day were delicious!

The hotel room was very well appointed and comfortable. It is situated very close the Teddington train station. The high street shops are a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The room and bathroom were very nice. Restaurant/Bar area was great and the staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Especially if going to the rugby.
