I booked to stay in b14 hostel but something happened and they moved me to b14 apartments in the center, so my rating is related to b14 apartments. Amazing rooms, amazing view, very quiet and comfortable.

Very comfy bed, clean room, super friendly and helpful staff (help with storing food in their fridge, recommend great restaurant for dinner and help with Covid-test for return flight next day), great breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Walking distance to ice cream parlor, bakery. Parking in front of hotel. Decent (typical iceland hotel breakfast).

Communication was great, easiest check in and out ever! Room was clean and had all the amenities and decor was nice, the bed was comfy. Best part of my room, 407, the view, it was Amazing! Did I mention the view was AMAZING!

We stayed at the apartment 304 (3rd floor). The apartment is really nice, spacious with big windows, offering amazing views of the landscape. Bed is comfortable, sofa is turned into bed for 2, also comfy. The kitchen is small, but quite convenient. They also provided salt, sugar, hot chocolate, tea, paper&cotton towels which we do not get very often in other apartments. This is a big plus for us so we didn't have to buy all these things. Free parking is available in front of the building, there was always enough space. The apartment is located 10-15 min drive from the center of Reykjavik, but we found the location very good for all our exploring. The parking in the city center was not an issue and we could find it available free of charge (not all of them). If you are in Iceland during the winter it is only 15 km to the Aurora basecamp. Near the apartment (across the street) there is a grocery store Bonus, fitness center is also available in the next building. All the Blue Mountain staff was very helpful, responding very quickly. We could agree for an early check-in which we appreciated a lot. All in all, great experience, great apartment and would recommend it.

洗濯機が使えて良かった。ラウンジで、いつでもコーヒーが飲めた。チェクアウト後の荷物預かりもしてもらえた。チェックインとチェクアウトもシステム的になっていて、イントロダクションメールもしっかり送られてきていて、困らなかった。チェクアウト後に、ラウンジで寛げた。兎にも角にも、居心地の良いホテル。
