Oh my god. What an amazing place! ❤️ Staff was perfect. There were also staff who did speek english. Room was just everything we needed. So comfortable bed and space. Dinner and breakfast. 10/10. Traditional japanese kaiseki- dinner, couldn hope any better. Public onsen and also private onsen were beautiful. Just loved this place.

A 5-minute walk from Koen-Shimo Cable Car Station, cosy family-run ryokan Lalaca features indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths which use natural hot spring water directly pumped from the source. Location is good, 5 mins walk to Gora station. It is a small but decent hotel. Food is excellent. Room is traditonal Japanese style. Hot spring is not big but has everything we need. Service is great. The host can speak Chinese very well. We will choose this hotel again if we return to Hakone.

Set 1.8 km from Yokohama Marine Tower, Hotel Comento Yokohama Kannai offers 3-star accommodation in Yokohama and features a restaurant. This place was very nice, flash, clean and super friendly staff. We caught taxi to the city only cost us a total of 20,000 yen for taxis to get around town. I would 100% recommend this place to stay with friends and family.

Situated in Hakone and only 13 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Fura features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was amazing! The room was very clean and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious, but aesthetically pleasing too, it was a special experience for us. And the hosts are very welcoming and kind(he offered to drive us to the bus station - which is very close, but it was pouring with rain).

Hakone Sengokuhara Toranoyu is situated in Hakone, in the Sengokuhara Onsen district. With a restaurant, the 3-star ryokan has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom. We had a pleasant stay there! Since now the best place we have been to in Japan. Really friendly staff, cozy house and rooms, traditional, nice ones to relax. We had breakfast and dinner there which was both amazing!! Especially the dinner (shabu shabu). There is a bus stop a few meters down the street where you can directly get to the train station.

Boasting a garden, Wakamatsu HakoneYugawara is situated in Yugawara and is 700 metres from Yugawara Onsen. This ryokan offers free WiFi, and a hot spring bath are featured. Very friendly and helpful staff dressed in traditional kimonos adding to the already great atmosphere. Quiet relaxed location. Beautiful rooms and scenery. We were the only westerners there.

JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Sakuragicho is attractively set in Yokohama, and features a restaurant and free WiFi. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. The cleanliness of the hotel. The kindness of the staff. This is a hotel we will return to in the future.
