Few steps from the beach, great house with EVERYTHING you need, great owners (no, really: there were really, really great!) - what else could you want? We have absolutely no questions whether we will come back to Nea Iracleia and this villa again: we will be back multiple times! Panos, Jenny, and Alex (their son - the supervisor) have made our stay a memmorable one...

The host was amazing and the pictures don't do the villa any justice. it is spacious, well accessible and well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us staying there and we all had our own space. We loved having breakfast at the terrace in the morning with the amazing views. . The garden is fully enclosed so my child could run around and play unsupervised.

Everything. The villa had enormously big garden, with a wonderful sea view. The living room, the upstairs bedroom and the upstairs bathroom had the same beautiful sea view. Many things in the villa were automated - the sun shade in the garden, the night lights in the garden, the entrance gate to the villa. The villa had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It even had a set of brooms for the terrace very tastefully placed by the villa's entrance door. And of course, I have to mention the private beach which our little dog enjoyed the most. It had tons of towels, toilet paper, bed covers, all kind of cleaning sprays, a beach shower etc. There was hot water all the time, the water pressure was very fine and to sum it all up, one has to see the villa by themselves because I could go on praising the villa forever.

The owner was very friendly, helped with everything, great person. The villa is clean, nicely furnished, and the best part is the barbecue terrace where you can watch the beautiful sunset every evening. The beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot, but we had cars, so we went to a different beach every day to get to know the surroundings better. I highly recommend it to everyone...

I want to recommend the apartment and the place to anyone who wants to really relax and take a break from the crowds. First of all, I can say about the place that it is very pleasant, there is always a breeze, so it is not stuffy and too hot. The sea is beautiful, clean, warm and very pleasant for swimming. As for the apartment, we are satisfied with everything, literally everything you need is provided. Even an umbrella and a beach chair were at our disposal. The apartment is comfortable with a beautiful terrace and a view of the sea. The hosts were also very pleasant and helpful. Let me also mention that the place is pet friendly, so we brought the dog with us and he liked it.
