Villas in Athens

great place,excellent communication

We were very comfortable here. Had everything we needed. Great layout of the apt, lots of space with a balcony facing the seaside + lots of good lighting. The location is great but best to have a car or use uber. All appliances needed, lots of cupurd space, hot water, AC, blinds, fly screens and so on...

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything was in excellent condition, and the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was outstanding.

Couldn’t be better. Amazing space with a lovely garden. Would definitely book again and stay for longer if we can.

Stuff was awesome, which helped a lot with a personal problem that occurred. Everything was awesome!

Very unique property which our young children especially absolutely loved!

Beautiful apartments, we rented 1st floor and the lower apartment for our family of ten. Comfortable, clean, great outdoor areas and a great location for walking to restaurants, coffee and bakery.

The top villa that i have ever stayed in. Private, secure, sparkling clean with a fantastic indoor heated pool. Enormous living room and bedrooms and a partial view of Acropolis from the top balcony. What else can you ask for? I will be back :)))

Pool was nice and the house was spacious. Wifi was good and the laundry was a plus.

We enjoyed every moment, the property is huge, 4 floors with pool, playstation, snooker, great kitchen and elevator. We stayed there 8 people that every couple got a great room. Guita and her family were great hosts and answered all our questions and requests. Highlly recomended!

The area was very nice, close to the bus station and had basic needs

I don’t usually leave reviews but I need to add something for TASOS the guy responsible for this apartment: incredible costumer support, communication and help. Been there for anything we needed. We forgot one of the ring to the apartment and made it sure to be delivered to us no matter the hustle. Just thank you for everything. The property was secured and no issues accrued during our stay.

Amazing location in Plaka. The property was exactly like it looks in the pictures. We were a family group of six and loved how much space we had. As others have noted, the top floor room is accessed by stairs in one of the double rooms, which worked fine for us (we had one of the kids in that top floor space). Communication with the property was excellent. They were extremely responsive and had someone come by when we had trouble figuring out the nespresso machine. They were also very accommodating with letting us leave luggage after we checked out. We loved our stay at Athenian Niche and would definitely use it again anytime we were in Athens.

Beautiful property and neighbourhood. Loved being so close to everything.

It looks small, but everything is well placed and calculated. Close to subway and tram stations, close to the market that has everything. Kitchen has everything you could need, bathroom with washing machine and comfortable shower with place to leave your stuff, and a bedroom with a double bed plus a single one. In total it can sleep 4 persons including the bed in the kitchen room. Also the quiet and shadowy yard can be useful when the weather helps.

Location spectacular. Communication with hostes really good.
