Very new and clean. Great customer service. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed. In a perfect location for where we needed to be. We also made use of the large and well equipped gym. We will stay again when we come back!

The room was very nice comfortable bed. The shower had great water pressure. Helpful staff too. Location was great and convenient and walked to get dinner.

The building is in good condition, with a few spots showing its age. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a walk-in shower and good bathing products. The breakfast is good by North American standards. But the highlight is the service, the staff is awesome, as a rarely found here in Canada. I believe that the international staff contributes to a better customer service in this case.

The upgrades to the hotel were amazing .. it's been a few years since i have stayed there. I like the location and that is why i went back. The rooms were upgraded and clean. The gym was spectacular. Truly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in quite some time.

We loved how the property is well kept. We didn’t see any broken pipes or chipped paints. The Bathroom toiletries were very calming. We had one little problem though. The jacuzzi jets were not working but we made the best of it. Another suggestion that I would like to give is about the lobby couches They were too low for me to sit in. Seeing that I have a back issue and standing from a seated position can be difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo and will most definitely recommend it to family and friends
