The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were very clean, staff so professional and respectful. I loved the breakfast as it has variety of dishes you can choose from. The price was absolutely great compared to other 5-star hotels. Mandarin Oriental would be my destination if I’m ever returning to Shanghai, which most likely I would.

It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!
