In particular, Anna was friendly and approachable; she even had some bath salts for soaking sent to my room after I had had a long day of exploring Jiuzhaigou. Thank you, Anna! *Luxurious and elegant room, with sweeping views of the mountains. My room was serviced daily and spotless. Bed was super comfortable. * Great location. We love the hotel and the facilities and the food. The staffs are great even though they don’t speak English very well, but they’re very helpful and nice. The Spa was amazing.
