We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The view of Caldera is absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset go down on the private balcony with heated hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. The bathroom is spacious with really nice Apivita range of hygiene products. The location is great, mini marts, ATM, pharmacy, coffee shops/restaurants are all on the road behind hotel. We were greeted by Kon who made us feel very welcomed & provided us with lots of info and carried our luggage’s up to rooms. The hotel also arranged us transfers to/from airport and had our luggage completely taken care of and delivered/taken from our room. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The pool was perfect temperature, and has a fantastic built in sun bed and seating/spa jets. The day beds, lounges and towels/umbrellas around the pool are awesome, and the plants and landscaping are just beautiful!! I literally spent all day at the pool just relaxing and swimming. Our cleaning lady (Fotina) was a lovely person. She was such a hard worker and made us smile, and nothing was too much for her. Overall the property was absolutely spotless. The hotel floors are mopped constantly and nothing is out of place. The surrounds really are pristine and well cared for. The breakfast Al a cart was excellent, and there was a side buffet which was sufficient. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent service despite a short stay We spent less than 24 hours at the hotel due to a flight delay, but the experience was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — they even upgraded our room, arranged all our transfers, and secured the best table at the restaurant we wanted. Service was truly flawless.

We stayed in the Master Room at Santorini Sky and absolutely loved it. The room was breathtaking, equipped with a full kitchen for cooking, which we really appreciated. The private pool and hot tub were fantastic, though we would have preferred the hot tub to be a bit warmer. A lovely touch was the complimentary snack bar, stocked with drinks – a small detail we valued a lot. The breakfast was charming, offering pastries, salad, and fresh fruit. However, we were hoping for a more traditional brunch selection – for example, bacon, assorted meats, and cheeses. The breakfast here is designed with a strong vegetarian focus, which might be perfect for some guests, but it didn’t fully match our expectations for a luxury villa experience. The quality was excellent, but the variety was limited for our tastes. Thankfully, having a kitchen allowed us to prepare our own breakfast the way we like it. The location is a little remote – about 15 minutes from Fira and 35 minutes from Oia – so we recommend renting a car. The views are absolutely stunning, easily among the most luxurious and beautiful on Santorini. For a romantic holiday with your partner, this place is almost a must-visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of communicating with the reception via WhatsApp and being able to order food directly. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Santorini Sky for making our stay so wonderful.

Excellent service from staff especially from receiptionist Besi and bar staff Artemis excellent members of the team who reperesent the hotel well were always very helpful when help was needed. Good facilities in general and beautiful location. Breakfast was also excellent with many options.
