The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool was heated, we were glad that each room had a bathroom, we were able to wash the beach equipment , we had a barbeque (loved it) , the supermarket were 5-10 minutes to walk, someone came and changed our towels, close to airport, 20 minutes away from Oia with the car , very close to wine museum and Kamari beach

I would highly recommend Fira for a stay in Santorini! The town is great, it’s small but has everything you need. It’s small and you’d see it all in an hour but there’s enough pubs, clubs, restaurants to keep you busy! We went to Oia for a day and would definitely choose Fira over it if we were to go back. It’s safe and walkable. We’ve already recommended it to family and friends!

Beautiful views to la caldera, less tourist than Oia close to the harbour is well locate to take connections to other part of the island. The main square has lots of restaurants from Chinese, Thai, Greek, Italian, Japanese etc.

Has amenities, like a grocery store, restaurants, playground, etc. but it’s quieter than the busy tourist towns nearby. The restaurant Vothonaki was excellent and probably the best meal of our whole trip. The taxi rides to Fira or Oia were a little expensive but apparently there is a public bus you could also take if you are patient.

My visit to Pirgos Kallistis in Santorini was nothing short of magical! This charming village, perched on a hill, offers some of the most stunning views on the island. Wandering through the narrow, winding streets felt like stepping back in time, with each turn revealing picturesque houses, quaint cafes, and beautiful churches. The atmosphere in Pirgos is wonderfully serene, a perfect escape from the busier parts of Santorini. The friendly locals added to the charm, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips about the best spots to explore. One of the highlights was the incredible panoramic view from the top of the village. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets that painted the sky in brilliant hues of orange and pink, a sight that will stay with me forever. The food in Pirgos was fantastic too! We indulged in delicious traditional Greek cuisine at several local tavernas, each meal a delightful experience of fresh, flavorful dishes. Overall, Pirgos Kallistis is a hidden gem in Santorini. It's perfect for those looking to experience the authentic beauty and tranquility of the island. I can't recommend it enough!

we loved Monalithos ,we were at the beach every day then up...
we loved Monalithos ,we were at the beach every day then up to the restaurant t for beautiful salad and cold beer and some greek fried tomatoes in herbs ,enjoy lunch read and have a swim and go walking along path rocks very safe and up at five shower and bus into Fira enjoy an amazing evening sundowner absolutely magnificent have a lovely cocktail on one of the many fabulous bars overlooking the sea pure magic then head for some fab greek food what a place .simply life dosent get better .loved it

We were only there for three nights in the second week of...
We were only there for three nights in the second week of October. The weather was very good but there was a slight feel that the place was gearing up to shut down for the winter season. So I would reccomend going a week or two earlier.
