The location of the hotel was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and pool area.

Was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a more quiet area in Finikia, about a 15-20 minute walk to Oia. The pool is beautiful with amazing sunset views. There are great restaurants 5 minutes walk away. The staff here are exceptional, friendly and make you feel extremely welcome with their hospitality. The room is thoroughly cleaned daily and left spotless. They helped us organise transfers to and from the port and let us stay by the pool while waiting for our late ferry even after checking out. Our room had the beautiful Santorini cave aesthetic with modern design and was brand new. We loved having our own spa pool as well. Overall it was truly a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Santorini! All tourists travel to this specific part of Oia to see the amazing views that are right on your hotel suite's doorstep. The room is massive and has a pretty decent amount of privacy and an indoor jacuzzi. Excellent and worth the money as every single amenity is a walking distance from the hotel. No need to rent a car, just stay around Oia and enjoy the sun and views!

All was perfect! Dimitri is a wonderful host, very helpful, friendly and very polite. The hotel is newly build and deserves definitely much more than three stars: rooms are very well furnished, modern and very comfortable, the breakfast is just amazing, varied, generous, and with high-quality products, and the view from the breakfast terrace is extremely pleasant. The pool, while not big, is adequate to the hotel size (as the hotel has only a few rooms). We booked a room with private pool/jacuzzi on the terrace, and we loved it! Oia is reachable with a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk across the village.

This was more expensive for a hotel than we would usually go for, but it was utterly amazing. The staff were all so extremely friendly, warm and professional. The hotel felt luxurious but also very tasteful- it wasn't flashy but just really really exceptional. The cave rooms were beautiful, and the best bit was of course the view. We were upgraded which was really special, and we loved our room. The food was also really good, we had supper twice and both nights it was delicious, with really nice fish and meat options. It is very much fine dining rather than a normal hotel restaurant. The breakfast was lovely every morning, with lots of choice and they were generous with with what you could have. They also did a really good lunch. Again, expensive but a massive treat. Also there aren't so many other good places in Oia if you are a foody, so it was great to have the option of really nice food in the hotel. The hotel had an amazing location on the caldera, in the quieter (and much nicer) side of town. Even though it is terrace style, it still had enough privacy for us. Overall, it was definitely worth it and I'm so happy we stayed there.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Arches. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the heart of Oia, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everything you could need right on your doorstep. Melina was an amazing host. She was so friendly and welcoming, always happy to help, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. She suggested we book a sunset cruise, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We're so glad we took her advice. Melina also met us at the taxi drop-off point to make sure we found the accommodation, which was incredibly helpful after such a long flight. We stayed in the room with the rooftop hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Relaxing in the hot tub while watching the famous Oia sunset was an experience we'll never forget. The views were simply breathtaking. Just be prepared to climb a few steps to reach the rooftop terrace—it's well worth the effort but can be a little daunting the first time you climb the ladder. Breakfast was served each morning at a lovely restaurant just around the corner and was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. The staff were so welcoming, and we'd definitely recommend making a reservation for dinner on the rooftop if you can. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Greece. The Arches exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Melina, for taking such wonderful care of us—we'd love to stay here again.

The Museum Project Oia was an amazing place to stay. The Host was beautiful, helpful and made me feel just like I was at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room we stayed in was clean, and lovely. Located in central Oia, it is in the perfect location. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The location and view are worth every penny. Breakfast on your private deck each morning is amazing and made our trip. The front desk also arranged a private tour of the island and some great winery visits!

Everything was perfectly splendid!!! The staffs are so friendly and nice, and check in/out was smooth with drinks. Especially the location, the view and the breakfast! The location — it was literally the center of Oia so it was easy to explore the area. The view — this hotel is super expensive ngl, but it was worth the view as non guests lined up for ages just to take great pics but we could just do that inside the hotel. The breakfast — you can pick any food and drinks from the menu and they were delicious!!! They delivered the breakfast to the room so we had it on our balcony with the best view in Oia.
