Everything was perfect! The location is great - 5 min walk to the main center where all the restaurants and shops are, but the hotel itself is on a quiet road. Nice breakfast offered, clean pool and rooms, and friendly staff. We loved everything and hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely amazing experience! I honestly didn’t expect to meet people this kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly heartwarming. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home right away. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was top-notch, and everything—from the rooms to the breakfast—was simply perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and care in a place. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that feels more like visiting family than just a hotel!

Position was lovely & view amazing

Large spaces so allow foe the big number of guests to spread out, many different pools and areas, beautiful and well maintained, clean, very nice staff, rooms well equipped and pleasantly new and somewhat stylish. Even with our rooms close to the bar we did not find it noisy

The room was clean, spatious, modern and comfortable. The jetted pool in the balcony was just amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, available and helping and the breakfast was of a very high quality with fresh fruits, freshly cooked pancakes, and more delicious delicacies. Amazing experience. We are leaving after 6 days at the Majestic Hotel. I must tell you about the excellent treatment we received at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with chilled cherry juice, the hotel manager Elleny came to introduce herself. The charming Anastasios accompanied us until we settled into the rooms for the weeks we wanted. Spacious and comfortable rooms were arranged for us since there were very elderly and disabled people with us. The treatment was excellent, and always with a smile and willingness to help as best they could. We received everything we asked for, even if it was late. The breakfast is great, there is everything you need and more. The waiters Doretta and Shamir always ask and are interested in whether you need anything else. I have been to many hotels in the world and have never experienced such personal and good treatment. If you can give a score higher than 10, then they definitely deserve it. The lifeguard at the pool, Nikos, is very kind and always asks and is interested in the guests. The girls at the reception Mariam&Sindi are so cheerful and help as best they can. The pool area is very nice as well.

We were incredibly satisfied with our stay at Mythical Blue Luxury Suites. The location in the heart of Fira is excellent, offering fantastic views of the caldera. Our room was thoughtfully arranged, highly comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout our time there. What truly sets this property apart is the staff—the service was excellent and completely unpretentious, making us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. An all-around great experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

Everything was great and the hotel was very charming! Family run business, everyone was very kind and friendly. The room was simple and pretty, with quiet air conditioning. The view at the sea from the balcony. Breakfast was big and tasty. The location is perfect - right next to the cable car, panoramic view and the church, restaurants, close to the bus station and taxi point. We liked the authentic feel and the decor too. We will gladly stay again in the future, eucharisto!

Awesome location and views as well as amenities

We loved our stay at By The Cliff. Simona and here team were the perfect hosts and made our trip incredibly easy and pleasant. We were even given an upgrade on our room and a complimentary bottle of wine! Porters also helped us get our bags to the bus station. Our room was perfect; a great size and beautiful. The views were breathtaking and we loved using our private jacuzzi to watch the sunset. The room was neat and tidy, comfortable, and serviced each morning. The included breakfast was delicious, and it was convenient having a cafe/restaurant upstairs. The location was ideal - close to the train station and the square and around lots of restaurants. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We would love to come back.

Amazing view, very friendly staff

I extended my trip because it was so amazing. Even if the weather was cloudy one day I would enjoy being in such lovely place because the hotel is gorgeous. You can chill in the pool on the beds, it was always quiet and calm. Other guests very respectful and mindful. I was upgraded into a stunning big room, the beds are very comfortable, same with pillows, you can see it’s great quality. Very clean and delicious breakfast. Very well served and prepared. Regina and the whole team, from cleaners to receptionists were fantastic, very helpful and nice. I recommend strongly to stay at Winery hotel and in Fira.
