It was by far the best hotel we have been to, the room was very large, extremely beautiful and very clean. It was well equipped with a mini kitchen where you could cook anything you wanted, the bathroom even had a jacuzzi that was amazing. The host George is one of the friendliest and kindest person I have met, trying every time to make our vacation better, giving us all the information we needed and he even took us to the airport. If you want to stay in perissa and enjoy the black sand beach this is by far the best hotel you can stay at. The rooms are new and clean the host is amazing and the bus station is 2 mins away. I recomand this hotel with all my heart and I cannot wait to come back!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was lovely, and the location in Perissa was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the overall service.

Everything was perfect, lovely room, comfy bed, good shower, small kitchen, lovely pool and pool area, air-conditioning, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful authentic setting, with trees and flowers and lovely comfortable seating around the pool. Handy shop right outside the property. Perfect temperature for us in late May and a five min walk to the beach. Loads of places to eat a drink within very easy walking distance. Highly recommended this place for a stay in Santorini. We had a ground floor room, but there was a choice of both.

I stayed one night and everything was perfect. The check-in was fast and the room was very quite and very clean. I had a very good night sleep. It is located close to the stores, the beach and the archaeological site. I can totally recommend it! :) I'm very satisfied!

I recommend this hotel to be your stay in Perissa because it is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the beach is literally in front of you and the staff is 24/7 available for you and very kind. They also offer you trips directly from the hotel like horse riding, cruise with ship, transfer to Oia or Fira.

Nice clean place to stay, very friendly people. You get a simple clean room and some food for breakfast (no hot food). Breakfast consist of Greek yogurt, a pastry, bread, a boiled egg, a fruit and drinks. Short walk to the beach, but you have to walk through the residential area and on the road, so maybe not suitable with little kids, or people with mobility issues. We only stayed one night.

Perissa was one of our favorite places in Santorini.

Perissa was one of our favorite places in Santorini. The beautiful black-sand beach, crystal-clear water, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot to unwind. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, and the area feels welcoming and less crowded than some of the busier parts of the island. We especially enjoyed walking along the beach at sunset and experiencing the local hospitality.

I loved staying in Perissa instead of Oia or Fira.

I loved staying in Perissa instead of Oia or Fira. It's beautiful and quiet, there not as many tourists as in the other places. You can find local bakeries, shops and restaurants where the prices are much better than Oia and Fira. It's really easy to go around the island from Perissa by public bus.

This place is ideal for couples, solo travellers or even group of friends who is seeking bit quitter time with plenty of restaurants and few bars. The world has stopped for the time we were there and it felt incredible.

It's a beach with the space being mostly private, so you have to find a little public spot to stay there if you're not into cocktails. There are lot of slippery rocks on the ground too! But the water is warm and the waves are super chill. You can just float around or swim without any difficulty or major disturbances.

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

This place is just amazing, so comfortable room well equipped and designed with delicious breakfast served every morning and close to everything, Perissa Beach, super markets, restaurants, bus stops.. The hotel staff is very nice, the manager and his wife, and, especially Eve, is the nicest and cute person you'll meet in Greece. So many good things for this low price are a luxury in Santorini.

Fantastic location right on the beach with easy access to all that Santorini has to offer. Swimming pool was also lovely! Nice loungers and great size pool that was nice and clean. Rooms were a generous size with all that was need for a comfortable stay! Loungers also available on the beach that are linked to the hotel and a free for use! Close to bus stop and mini markets.
