An absolutely wonderful stay!! The accommodation exceeded all expectations — spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. It's located in a central location and it's got a good cost relation for such a touristic place as Santorini. The parking is also a very big lot so you'll likely find a spot. The pool was closed but it was mentioned before booking since we came end of the season, overall was nice place

The Rizes villa was amazing !its a new private villa with very good design!all the rooms are very comfortable!the highlight of the villa is the big outside area with the pool ! Antreas and Ioanna are very kind and very friendly!

Hotel room was spacious, bed was comfortable. We had a room nearby the pool so it was perfect. Location close enough the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was ok as well. And best part was the little kittens that was on the property...so cute and get to give them lots of cuddles. Pool and sunbeds were great.

The hotel was clean and bright. The staff were exceptional. Always greeting with a smile and nothing ever too much trouble. The breakfast on the balcony was amazing each morning!

We really enjoyed our stay.....especially my son and my husband, they enjoyed the pool so much and they had more fun than me........I would also like to commend the middle-aged man amongst the staff, because he was always cleaning the pools and always cheerful and seem kind. And also the blonde cleaning lady(she's the best). They gave my son a play ball for the beach and helped us with our taxi back to the airport. Quiet and serene location with a lovely beach just 2minutes walk from the hotel. We'll be coming back for sure.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. Wonderful staff that fulfilled every wish. Room was big with beautiful interior, a nice balcony with a jacuzzi. All hotel facilities were top-notch, very modern and stylish. Service is top! Rooms and all facilities were very clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold and warm dishes. We had dinner at the hotel four times and all the dishes were very tasty and of excellent quality. Would highly recommend to everyone to stay at the hotel. Very short walking distance to Perissa beach (less than 5 minutes). Tours and drives can be arranged through the hotel. Would definitely stay at the property again.

The staff was AMAZING. Very courteous and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and shared tips to navigate the island. The location was mind blowing. The gorgeous beach was across the road and we got our drinks right to the sun beds:)

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and have fresh towels every day . the breakfast has variety of option . The staff was very helpful they organize a catamaran sunset cruise and it was the best experience we had in the island . Also They book us a buggy and we made a tour around the island .absolutely recomend and cant wait to come back .

The staff were extremely accommodating and made sure to be available to us 24/7, the location was absolutely amazing and was an absolutely stunning building.

From the start, the crew dis all they can do to help us. They swap one of the rooms to a better one, before we arrive. Ans manage to change the third room after one night. The place is quiet and relaxing. The food is good and the staff are lovely. We will definitely come back
