Located in Pyrgos, 350 metres from the caldera, Zorbas Hotel Santorini offers elegant, cycladic-style rooms with free WiFi. Almost every year we transit by Santorini towards other islands. This is definitely the most convenient solution we have ever found, especially (but not only) if you have to take a ferry. Spaces are nice and clean, the manager is extremely kind and available, and the ratio price/quality is extremely good for Santorini.

Located in the scenic village of Pyrgos Kallistis, Skyfall Suites offers Cycladic-style accommodation with private pools or outdoor hot tubs. AMAZING BREAKFAST, VIEW and nice position, close to Fira. The room was really nice with the private jacuzzi. The woman who welcomed us was so kind and so full of energy, she gave us a welcomng refresher drink, and a lot of recommandations about all the nice places to visit in Greece! (she printed it out for us) It was SO HELPFUL ! The service is very good, the pool is super enjoyable. Excellent stay ! Went with my girl friend and we had a lovely time.

Offering an outdoor pool and a pool bar, the 4-star Art Hotel Santorini is located in Pyrgos, in Santorini. The breakfast was amazing! they delivered it to our room every morning and allowed us to pick a fresh breakfast every morning. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and for setting our expectations so high. We went to Mykonos and the service was terrible so we were soooo spoiled at the ART hotel and it made our experience so amazing!

Situated on the outskirts of Pyrgos, Alunia Incognito Suites-Adults Only offers accommodation just 500 metres from the centre of the village. All suites feature a private plunge pool. The room was very clean, everyday new sheets and towels. The pool was clean and big enough, the water was awesome for the weather from Santorini. The food was amazing and always on time. Thank the staff, very kind and helpful.

Lovely town in the centre of the island. Much nicer and more relaxed than Thira. Can see sea from the east and west. Lovely nearby restaurants and bars. Perfect base for hiring a quad and exploring the island.

Located in the centre of Santorini so ideal for visiting all parts of the island. The town offers excellent views when you reach the top of the kallisti. It also offers plenty of lovely restaurants. Downsides of Pyrgos are that it is not very regularly visited by buses (the bus transport system is a little confusing), so worth renting a car to get around. There are also heavy levels of traffic that drive through the village square on a consistent basis, which can be quite noisy. Overall though, Pyrgos is a lovely place to stay which is away from the busy/more expensive Thira and Oia and offers amazing views of the island and sunset!

Nice family business. Clean, breakfast provided, Leo and Niko were helpful. Mom and dad are nice people. The view was perfect. You don’t have to book a sunset tour because the sunset is perfect from the hotel terrace. I will recommend this place 100%

Beautifull village with nice restaurants, lovely little streets, only not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Centrally located in the middle of the island, perfect to make tours over the island. Motorcycle advisable

Pyrgos is the ideal place to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring Santorini and it's beaches. It has wonderful restaurants and views. It isn't as touristy as the other villages so if you are looking for a quiet retreat at the end of the day with easy access to other villages and activities, then this is where you want to stay.

WAYYYY better than Thira and Oia. Don't stay there, go there for the day (we couldn't deal with more than a few hours and we didn't even go at peak season). Staying in Pyrgos was 100% the right call, much more authentic and relaxing!

We there for a wedding and it suited our every need. the views were spectacular and the restaurants in Pyrgos were wonderful. we ate in the town every evening without any trouble, it’s only a short 5 minute walk. more importantly, the hosts who greeted and looked after us were lovely, incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. the breakfast each day, was incredible with fresh fruit, eggs and many other treats. we couldn’t fault our stay here. thank you!

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Ours included a relaxing pool with a large patio and seating area. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. When we mentioned that the pool was too chilly for us, they turned up the heat right away. Fresh juices were served on arrival, wine and treats were included, and a large breakfast was served in our room each day. The location is near a historic town, the area is quiet, and it is located on a hilltop with fantastic views of the water and island.
