Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

I was searching for a good hotel for my 5th visit in Rhodes island but this time it was my first vacation alone so I searched for a small hotel far from the overcrowded Rhodes city with good reviews and it took awhile until I came across with Lardos Bay Hotel. By the reviews it seems that the hotel has one downfall which is the Wi-Fi connection reliability especially in the rooms area. So I decided to book this hotel and of course to purchase a SIM card with a huge internet package because I needed to work on my laptop during the stay and I couldn’t take the risk after reading the bad reviews about the Wi-Fi. I arrived at the Hotel around 14:00 and i was lucky that the room was surprisingly ready earlier than 15:00! I had to try the Wi-Fi connection for myself and yes it is terrible, it has extremely low internet speed like in the late 90s and it stops working every few minutes or even seconds and I was getting the “No internet connection” message constantly. I truly believe if they had a good and reliable Wi-Fi connection they could have easily go above 9.5 rank in booking.com. Other then the Wi-Fi issues, all the hotel staff from the room attendants to the front desk receptionists are very professional and friendly they always smile and wants you to feel comfortable especially the cute Italian girl at the hotel’s “market” (shop) who thought I’m Italian too :) It looks like the hotel got renovated recently and the room was modern, well maintained and clean to perfection. The public areas looks clean and well maintained as well. I booked full board = breakfast, lunch and dinner that i was told at the check-in it also includes soft drinks and snacks at the pool bar (soft all inclusive) - the food is alright and suitable for a 3 stars hotel. The hotel is 200 meters / 4 minutes walking to the beach, at the beach you can rent 2 Sun beds for 10€ (no option to rent 1 bed).

Die Anlage ist nicht groß, hat aber alles was man braucht und ist schön modern gestaltet. Das essen war auch frisch und abwechslungsreich. Absolut klasse war das Personal, was sehr kinderfreundlich und super hilfsbereit war. Wir haben mehrfach Extras bekommen und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne, ruhige, gepflegte Anlage in der Nähe des quirligen Urlaubsorts Lindos. Die sehr geräumigen Appartements sind mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Man kann selbst kochen oder im angeschlossenen Restaurant essen. Die Betten sind wirklich ausgezeichnet. Auf Sauberkeit wird penibel geachtet, sowohl in den Zimmern, wie auch im Rest der Anlage und dem wunderschönen Garten. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, der nie überfüllt war und ausreichend Liegen. Insgesamt kann man hier einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Es empfiehlt sich die Anmietung eines Mietwagens, da der Bus zwar vor der Anlage hält, allerdings offenbar nicht sehr häufig. Mit Auto ist die Lage perfekt, da man von hier aus problemlos die ganze Insel erkunden kann.
