We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. This place will always be our first choice whenever we are in Kaprun.

Everything. The Hotel is beautiful, modern decor but still cozy and nice. The room was the perfect size, with a great layout, loved the wardrobe and the Spa is perfect after a day in the snow. Nice and relaxing. And the relaxing room to read with a blanket was a delight. We loved every single day and it was a perfect holiday break. The breakfast is amazing, I could have had breakfast for 3 hours. We will for sure stay again.

New hotel, best location in Kaprun.

The staff was very good the flat was very nice

The apartment was clean with parking and the area is quiet.

Everything was just perfect! Clean spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen, wonderull view from a balcony, parking space right in front of the house. The owners were very kind and friendly! We’ll definitely stay again once we are back in the area!

Large balcony, with sofa and hammock, and a nice view. Very friendly hosts. We had to contact them a couple of times due to small issues here and there and they were always responsive and had the issues solved. We even got a ride to the train station in Zell am See to catch our train after our check out! Great, quiet, location. With a pizza place just around the corner. Mountain lift, supermarket and lake beach all within walking distance. Smart TV with all the cartoons to keep the kid entertained when needed. Good Wi Fi.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The location is simply stunning.

Lovely modern style boutique hotel in Kaprun. Our family apartment was very nicely furnished, spacious with two large terrace with marvellous mountain view. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Many chanels were available on cable TV. Wifi worked well. Staff was very kind and helpful. Restaurant is cosy, the food was delicious but the a-la-cart menu was quite poor. Parking in the house garage was OK though a little bit difficult with a big car.

the location, the staff, the breakfast. everything was perfect !

Nice hotel with friendly personnel. Spa area is great and the location is nice with a doable walk to the ski lift (where they have lockers for your gear). The breakfast is good with a lot of options to choose from.

Thanks for all the nice and good options that the hotel shared with us. Looking forward to come next year again.

Breakfast was greatest, the staff is very helpful and organized.

The entire hotel is renovated and very well maintained, Every part of it was clean, especially the bathrooms and toilets. No carpet in the rooms which provides an extra clean feelings, not to mention bad smell. The furnitures are real woods and very stylish. Staff was extremely kind.

Very friendly staff, absolutely amazing breakfast with bio products, super delicious warm pastries and bread! Modern renovated rooms, great interior design.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is excellent, and the overall service was of the highest standard. Thank you to the entire BarbaraHof team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back!
