Accommodations in Adelaide

Facilities were spotless, beds comfortable, staff friendly.

location is so convenient if you have a early flight. The hotel is just in the airport door away from the check in and TSR desk. It is also convenient if you need to return the rental car which is just cross the streets.

Great service, helpful staff and the property is in a fantastic location. It was close to the Uni of Adelaide where my daughter studies and also close to my office. Rundle Mall is just a minute away and so is Rundle street, where there is a lot of food and shopping. Perfect location and a great, comfortable hotel.

The location and the hotel facilities are superb ❤️. Lots of food eateries and it’s only 7mins away from Rundle Mall. The staffs there was super helpful I would like to give a shout out to Alana from Front Office (always with her cheerful smile) and Megha from Food and Beverage who is so friendly and courteous. Of coz not forgetting the Housekeeping Team who never fails to come over to make our room everyday for the 2 weeks we were there. 👍🏻

Location great, great pool and friendly staff

Very comfortable bed! Quiet too.

View was spectacular, rooms were nicely laid out and decorated. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall a great stay.

The food was delicious and service was prompt. Hot drinks came hot and gluten free dietaries accounted for.

Best bed ever and great location for the CBD and Oval.

Room was very comfy, large and clean. Hotel is well located and the staff were friendly. Will stay gain on our next trip to Adelaide!

Convenient to New Years activities.

We had a beautiful stay , with walking distance to CBD food / shopping / sites , very comfortable bed , wonder staff and a bonus of onsite car parking facility, definitely will stay again AAA

Location,spacious room and bathroom

Excellent place to stay. Reasonably close to most places of interest with easy tram access. Excellent wifi(241D/176U), quiet. Friendly staff. Good shower. What more could you want?

Great location two blocks from the tram station, close to The Ghan station and near some lovely gardens. Lovely, clean room. Extremely helpful staff. Had we not been told about the Christmas Pageant the following day, we would not have known about the road closures and would not have been able to return our car on time. Bruce took the initiative to warn us about the closures and suggest an alternate route we might use. We rode the tram downtown, discovered the location of the Avis office, and decided to return our car the night before. Bruce’s help allowed us to enjoy the following day stress-free and make it to The Ghan on time.

Location was great. There are shared kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the A/C worked.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while! Location , room size, amenities, service all excellent.

The service, location and room design

We just spent a week in this exquisite apartment and do not have enough words to describe our experience. Perfect location, spacious, immaculate, every amenity you could ask for, and the view was beyond spectacular. Marion was a super, super host! We loved Adelaide and this property made it that much more special!

Location & early check in.

Very convenient location, right at the heart of CBD, only 5’ to Central Market & Chinatown, a lot of eateries nearby. The apartment is spacious, good value with 3 bedrooms. Also well-equipped with sufficient utensils, towels, toilletries, dish-washer, washing & dryer machine. Heating unit available, good wifi & Netflix TV for full-time entertainment. Clean beds & bathrooms. Swaison service is super helpful and with fast response. Really appreciate and make our stay memorable!

We were very impressed with every aspect of U City and would make it a 'have-to-stay-at' locations for the facilities, the staff and also the concept of inclusiveness it operates on.
