The use of the JustIN app was new to me but easy. The room was lovely. Bright, clean, a great size, appointed well. The shower pressure and size was great. Lovely to have white towels which were also a good size. Comfortable bed. I was surprised how lovely the apartment was. Wish we had been there for another night

For the purposes that we travelled for the location was perfect for us. Close to the airport, close to our family, close to a great pub that had wonderful food.

Food at dinner was amazing, breakfast was light but just what we wanted.

Rooms have been tastefully refurbished. Small space but comfortable with all the amenities I'd expect from a large hotel. Felt more motel style but attached to a larger premises with a bistro and pokies (not my thing). They do a no charge room service. Food came impossibly fast. I had a main and dessert which were both OUTSTANDING (so good it deserved capital letters!).
