Accommodation in Balerna

I liked how one of the staff helped me with a issue I had with the security key box and resolved very quickly

Very clean and comfortable appartement. The staff was attentive and polite and always there to assist. Given that all the appartements were free at the time of our checking in, we were able to take the one we liked most. Although the facilities are very close to the highway, no traffic noise can be heard. The price quality ratio was simply excellent.

Very clean and comfortable, felt like I was the first to use the room ever. Right next to a Train station. Nice breakfast included.

Very nice and cozy studio, very helpful and kind owner

The staff were always quick to respond and sent pictures to explain directions and check in. The bed is comfortable and the whole apartement was very clean. We were only here for a night but staying longer would also be nice in my opinion.

Really nice room with not just the basics but very thoughtful details like children’s books. The terrace is wonderful and though no breakfast available you can easily make your coffee or tea. Host super nice.

Lovely large terrace. Good sized bathroom. Quiet effective air conditioning. Incredibly helpful staff.

Super friendly and welcoming host! Amazing stay here! Would like to come back again! Everything is perfect!

Great atmosphere and service. Great coffee and fantastic food. Perfect stay and very pleasant hosts.

The kindness of the staff, very clean property. We appreciate very much the owner that she gave us a warmer room (more expensive that the room we booked) at the same price.

Stayed for one night only. The apartment is spacious, clean and family friendly. With a modern, well equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable bedrooms. A small shop is just across the street. The apartment had everything we needed. We only stopped while traveling through so we cannot say much about the area but there is plenty to do around Como and Lugano.

The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

Amazing scenic location, just 10 mins from Lake Como by walk, very lovely and friendly staff, 10/10, definitely recommend!

Beautiful view, Easy parking, all systems properly working, personnel extreemely kind, very silent, no mosquito!!

The house is lovely and spotless, just a stone's throw from the lake! We were warmly welcomed right from the start by the owners, and they provided us with all the information for visiting the main attractions as well as typical restaurants. Very convenient parking 100 meters from the accommodation! Lake Como tour recommended! The guide was very skilled and very friendly!

Place is not far from the centre and its open 24/7.Guy on the gate was nice and polite.Rooms are clean and warm.Wifi is great and every bed has its own locker, ports and lamps.Beds are really comfy and big.For this money its 10/10,you probably couldnt find anything better in this price range

Location is amazing The house is equipped with all you may need. There were even toothbrushes for the guests. The outside patio is great The host was very nice and helpful

First of all, i would like to thank the Host Sabrina, she was super helpful and very welcoming! You feel as a guest very appreciated and welcome. Location: Right on the water with a lovely sun deck with access to the water. The boat harbor is also nearby, from there you can go on boat trips or drive directly to Como town in 30 minutes. Sabrina was always available to answer questions. Our room had its own kitchen with all kinds of equipment. Small snacks and water/juice, yogurt/eggs, etc. were also included free of charge for our stay.

On the water, excellent view of the lake, very comfortable accommodation, very clean, the apartment is modern inside with everything you’d need to self cater comfortably, close to the ferry dock, super responsive and kind host (and the delicious free coffee 😉)

I loved the house, its character and atmosphere. It is an old italian villa with its own charm and soul. The room was nice, three balconies that are available from the room are great! When you wake up you see the lake from the bed!The bathroom is a bathing room with a nice big bathtub and a separate shower. The breakfast was tasty and Mrs Ganga who was serving us food was taking a great care of us.She was very welcoming, smiley and friendly. We felt very well taken care of. The patio outside and the deck by the lake are wonderful - allowed us to enjoy this beautiful lake, including swimming in it 🏊🏻‍♀️ It was a truly great experiance, the host is really nice and helpful. He can be reached by the phone easily. We will be back there with the rest of our family 😁

I ate the best thin pizza ever. The staff are very kind and helpful. Italy is close to the hotel.

Very kind person for check-in trying to help out with any enquiry. The room is simple but really comfortable with all modern convenience. The restaurant also prepared something despite being too late. This place derserves well better rating on booking !

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the views, incredible experience from start to finish...even if it was for one night

The room was big and really clean. The Hotel situation was great (Near the Highway) and parking was available.

A lovely and welcoming host. Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery. Tranquility. Absolutely delicious food. Love it - happy to come back.

The hotel is new, spacious, quiet and modern! The amenities are excellent and the pool and bar/restaurant on the roof is really special. We had a fantastic cocktail watching over the lake at sunset!

Fresh new creative cosy and very warm welcome and service.
