The stunning design of the hotel. The views were spectacular. The staff were amazing. The hotel was one of the best i have ever stayed.

Location is superb being the first stop on the Gondola from Grindelwald to First . Room was spacious for a family of 4, very clean, big bathroom, cozy with amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast was nice with all the essentials -fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked Swiss bread and croissants, Swiss cheese and a variety of teas and warm drinks.Fresh eggs are also available and made the way you like. We required halal, and the staff were really good in ensuring that our food was made separately from any non halal products. Chilli, the Chef and restaurant staff were fantastic , from before you arrive they get in contact and check up on you .Really pleasant and professional . Recommend staying here as you have access to Grindelwald and First..do some research based on your number of days to see if it’s worth getting the Jungfrau pass - in that way you’ll have transport access and passes for the entire region .

Location is at a quieter neighbourhood, with amazing views, and lots of walk paths around. Bus stop is right infront of the door. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location and the old building with bags of charm

The place was very spacious, clean and well organized. The host gave a nice warm welcome 😊

The kitchenette has a lot of kitchen appliances , enjoyed cooking and drinking Swiss wine in the house with breathtaking Mountain View

The property was close to everything. You had the bus stop right in front, supermarket just down the road. It's was just super great.

The property was very clean and all the staff were very helpful, especially an Australian lady called Jenny. She was very helpful in giving information around the area, trips that she recommended and Jenny even offered to make up some sandwiches for our days out. Wonderful lady. Great hotel and would definitely be using this property if we return. Brilliant!

We stayed at the apartment with fantastic mountain views from the balcony! The reception lady was courteous and explained verything clearly to complete the checkin.

Overlooking the beautiful mountains, breathtakingly beautiful scenery at the balcony. Very central location. The Grindelwald First cable car station is just right behind the chalet.
