I have no words to describe how well I was welcomed by the hotel staff. I find myself in a situation when I arrived at the hotel, and the team were amazing in help me with everything. I never expected so much attention, dedication and help, I will be forever grateful for that. The hotel itself is everything that you expect from a nice hotel, clean with, modern rooms, great TV and fast Internet. The bathroom itself deserves a special comment, extremely modern and with an amazing shower.

Good hospitalibility of host - easy to approach and quick to response. Apartment had all facilities we required for a comfortable stay - host even considered facilities for our children. Location wise also very good, as it is near Lucerne (just 10-15 mins) and also very near to highway (around 2 mins). Good and cheap public parking option availbale very near to the apartment. Didnt get a chance to explore in details the neighbourhood, but at short glance looked good as it had many restaurants nearby along with bakeries as well.

When traveling, you rarely find yourself in such a carefully organized atmosphere of comfort and peace. Every detail of this property shows great taste and care for guests. Prisca, the apartment owner, did everything to make this place memorable.

Breakfast was amazing, the different choices of what can have for breakfast and I loved the view from the kitchen through the window, Beautiful view of Sempachsee. The owner, the Lady was very friendly and nice. I had a very lovely talking with her.

Location, surroundings, ease of access via public transport (Bus 46, 50 & 52), the complementary breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and decent amenities. This place is also excellent for families travelling with young children due to the vast array of kids activities they have.

The apartment was very well maintained, clean, and hygienic, with all the amenities we needed. The room was perfectly temperature-controlled, which made our stay even more comfortable. A big advantage was the private car parking, which was very convenient for us as we were traveling with a child. On top of that, the location was beautiful and very scenic. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Switzerland.
