Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort.

Beautiful hotel with the character - loved it from the stairs to the view on the castle. We were lucky to have a spacious corner room with 4 windows - full of light and fresh air. Located right next to the old center and convenient parking (reasonably priced and discount is provided from hotel), bus stop is around the corner - connecting to Train station and Spiez. Breakfast is beautifully served in the restaurant, selection is limited but enough. Regret we stayed just 2 nights.

The hotel is so quaint - loved it! A very old building with creaky wood floorboards but decorated lovely. Real character. And such a lovely breakfast - beautifully presented.

Brilliant location.. Big clean house with one and half bath. Close to coop migros and nice eating places. Old charm house.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Natalie was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply to any questions. Very close to bus route into Thun and many other towns easily accessible within an hour.

The house is about 900 meters from Thun train station, within easy walking distance. We have a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains right outside. The house is simply decorated but very spacious, especially the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with oil and salt, making cooking really convenient! The hosts also prepared wine and Coke for us, which was a lovely surprise. Compared to the living room and kitchen, the two bedrooms are a bit smaller. Hosts Joel and Aline are incredibly friendly, warm and responsible. As it’s a new listing, some windows and doors didn’t have curtains. After we mentioned it, they installed them very quickly—their response speed exceeded our expectations. When a curtain rail fell off, they replied immediately and arranged a repair time right away. All in all, they are fantastic hosts! We stayed 5 nights and really loved Thun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

The location is the best. The house is very clean. There is everything that you need. They are very kind and friendly.

Quaint boutique hotel in a beautiful town

A good location, an amazing city and last but certainly not least the hosts were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and nice. I would definitely go there again if I’m travelling to Thun!!!

Giant room and bathroom with large deck. Perfect location.

We booked this stay last minute as we had nowhere to stay so we didn't know what to expect but we are so glad we found this gem! The location was great, about 5mins walk from the train station. The beds were soooo comfy. Huge apartment, loads of space. Nice strong shower with hot water. And the host was really excellent, considering how last minute we were with the booking she was so quick to reply and get us checked in. Couldn't fault it.

The room is very big and tidy, facilities are well equipped and maintained. Room is very clean and the position is very good. Only 5 minutes away from the train station. We can cook some food for ourselves if we are not able to get any from the restaurant.
