All good, good location. Parking right underneath the property.

Modern hotel in out of town area, with excellent underground parking. Staff very friendly and efficient. Nice bar. Excellent quality breakfast

The room is very clean and cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoy our stay here. There are a few nice restaurants just next to the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is simple, yet delicious and complete. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, and it was close to public transport. We ate on the restaurant 2 nights and the food fantastic.. The restaurant and foyer area very impressive.

The room was nice and spacious. Great view towards the hill and the interior garden. The staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient to reach the old town, as well as the zoo (30 mins walk in both directions). And the greatest of all was the restaurant. The breakfast was very varied, one could choose anything from eggs to cereals with milk. The dinner menu was excellent, we ate there 3 nights in a raw and were not disappointed. Also the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodated all our requests.

Perfect place for business trip or holiday to Heidelberg. Conveniently located close to the train station and buss stops.

Totally new hotel, excellent value for money. Very attentive staff. Great blackout curtains, very comfy beds, superb bath/shower.

Location and walking to most places

Room was clean and with kitchen all kitchenware necessary. Staff was very responsive and provided as with additional coffee capsules and towel when we asked for. The area around the hotel is clean and well tidy.

How friendly the hotel staff was. The room was spacious.

This was a fabulous place to stay - clean and well appointed room with fabulous balcony looking out onto the street. Location was perfect - a short walk to all the attractions of the old town, close to the river and famous bridge, which meant it was easy to pop in and out of the accomodation during my stay. Add to this the gorgeous building, restaurant and friendly staff...you should definitely stay here!!

The hotel could not have been in a better location- 50m to the main st in the Aldstadt and 50m to the river boulevard. A supermarket is also 50m away. The breakfast was terrific and staff were wonderful especially Carolyn.

This apartment was comfortable and had beautiful decor. It had absolutely everything you would need. Location was great right in the middle of Old Town. Angela was so helpful as well. Highly recommend.

The staff were so welcoming and genuine Our arrival was after reception hours, and we were given easy clear directions on how to enter. The breakfast in the vaulted cellar was amazing.. home cooked, spotlessly clean and delicious. Annie was just lovely and we would definitely stay again.😀

Top floor room had a fabulous view. Large space, very comfortable. Small balcony with big windows and fan to keep cool. Loved it and would stay again. Note - 70 steps up to room. Keeps you fit!!
