Booked very last minute but the host was so helpful and accommodating. it's located in a nice neighborhood and the building is very modern with secure parking for our motorcycle. This is behind a high gate and electric fence. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The shower is lovely and hot and high pressure, one of the best we've had in Ecuador. It was only an overnight stop for us but it was very restful. Only feedback would be the checkout time is early at 10am. Most our at least 11am. Also it's needs some thicker curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights remain on all night.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The owner was friendly, helpful and generally a nice man. The bed and room were very comfortable. Location perfect - right next to the square and tram (but the rooms are set far back in the property so it’s perfectly silent). Very nice looking accommodation

I loved staying here, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy, the wifi is great, the rooftop is great to chill and when I left my boots and towel. The legend, Charli, sent them to Peru! 100% would stay again!

I echo all the amazing reviews about Maria, her family and their beautiful home. Perfect location within a 20-minute walk from the center and on a quiet road by the Tomebamba river. My double room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a sofa and a desk. Having access to the guest kitchen was very convenient for making quick meals. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure and hot water. The Wi-Fi speed was fast with smooth video calls. The service was warm and sincere. I am very grateful for the kindness and hospitality of Maria and her family. I leave Ecuador with wonderful memories and I hope to return to Casatodosantos some day:)
