This apartment hotel is the best I've experienced. It is well designed, modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed, the shower, kitchenette, salon, entrance, etc were outstanding. I was issued a single personalized code that accessed both the front entrance and my apartment. Javier greeted me at the door and was expecting me. He gave me a map with recommended sites, provided me a list of recommended restaurants, etc. Very personable and friendly, and he responded in real time to a question I asked him on WhatsApp. I felt a home.

Great location in the quiet suburb of Salamanca. Easy to find from the main road. Free private parking. The studio is spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchenette is efficient and well equipped. Access to a large terrace. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The accommodation is comfortable and we recommend it.

A smart hotel, very well situated in the middle of this beautiful city. The staff were very helpful and parking nearby was easy (there are unloading spaces in front of the hotel).

Location: Just a few steps from the Plaza Mayor. It is also just a quick ~15 minute downhill walk from the bus station. The apartment is completely modern, with a well equipped kitchen and it is spotlessly maintained. Here is perhaps the best thing. When we arrived, the elevator was not working. We notified management and it was repaired the very next day.

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex in Salamanca. The location was excellent, very close to the city center, which made everything very convenient. The apartment itself has a very unusual and interesting layout, spread over two floors, which made the stay feel unique. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including two air conditioners, which was a big plus. Another great advantage was that it is located in a very quiet area, so we could sleep peacefully. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend i

Ando Apartments was the best accommodation we had during our 3-week vacation. It is modern, stylish but also practical and comfortable. The level of attention to details shows that the host made every effort in ensuring his property could meet the highest hospitality standard. We had a very happy time in Salamanca and Ando was undoubtedly a contributing factor.

This is the best apartment we’ve stayed in during our 10 months of traveling through Europe. It’s spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Plaza Mayor, the university, and the market—yet the apartment remains quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and each room has its own AC/heating unit, though we didn’t need to use them. Juanjo clearly takes pride in being an excellent host, ensuring every detail is considered, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. A public parking lot is conveniently located just 5 minutes away. Salamanca is a stunning city, definitely worth visiting, and we hope to return one day.
