Everything I have been there a few times…..

The food was exceptional and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was to our liking - the staff were polite, the rooms were clean, quiet, and cozy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, saying as someone who has trouble sleeping in hotels, this was worth every penny paid! Most of the guests were older, respectful couples. The location was perfect for us, we were touring the province by car and needed a lodging close to the highway and outside the city, so that we could go about our day quickly. They also had a basic breakfast (toast or croissant with fresh orange juice and coffee, all delicious!) for an extra 4 eur/person, and we highly recommend it to get your day off to a good start.

Very clean with comfortable bedding. Our host was very personable.

The location was fantastic - a short walk from the castle/archive and from restaurants and supermarkets in Simancas.

Comunication, all the info was given in advance. Clean and great value for money.

Cozy room, comfortable bed and linens, very clean, helpful staff, good location in an historic building

This is a great apartment at the heart of Simancas. I stayed here for four weeks with a partner and it was ideal for a longer term stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment has all the necessary amenities, and the host is super friendly and responds really fast if there are any questions.

Property is just as shown in the photos. We found it to be spacious and comfortable, with all you need in terms of toiletries, towels, and toilet paper. It's very easy to get to from the highway, and it was easy to find parking spots nearby. Other reviews mentioned a bad smell, but we stayed in the three-bedroom apartment and didn't feel any bad odours. I should point out that the air conditioning unit is in the living room only and not the bedrooms. For us it wasn't an issue, even being there in mid-August. There are big standalone oscillating fans in each of the bedrooms and it was enough for us. I would return for another stay.

This is the second time at this property and it’s such a great place for a stopover. The garage is great if you have all your belongings in the car. And pet friendly
