incredible location, just one block from entrance to charming medieval walled city of Yvoire along lakeside path. fantastic restaurant on the terrace overlooking Lac Leman. Lovely spa, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, two small pools. Large room with all the amenities. Convenient parking lot.

It is a great value. The restaurant is one of the best in France.

Booked a basic single bed bedroom, with shared bathroom /shower. Breakfast/ food was great, staff outstanding and location was excellent. Could not fault it.

It was very nice, large and comfortable.

It was a bit tricky to find but thank goodness, the owner was quite helpful. The apartment was pristine and quite comfortable! I would certainly recommend it. Certainly for a family with children as well. The beach is just across the road. It has so many activities for children.

If you want to experience a small town feeling, this is the place to stay. The family also runs the cafe restaurant downstairs and you will see and meet the locals who live in the area just by having coffee here. They are extremely friendly and welcoming although I speak very little French.

Everything! Lovely place and definitely worth a visit. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very well equipped - we wanted for nothing. It had lovely walks and fields just down the road and a lovely view of the lake in the distance. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. It has a lovely garden for kids (or in our case, the dog). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
