Accommodation in Coventry

The room was large and clean; the bathroom was well-equipped, and the shower had good pressure. The buffet breakfast was nice, with many options. You could walk most central locations, although it generally took 10+ minutes I think.

Excellent choice cooked breakfast was the best we had by far in any hotels we've stayed in we will be back the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable The new owners were very welcoming and remembered our names a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay sorry our stay was over too soon

Loved the hotel, great pool, steam room, sauna ect nice bed and great place. Buffet breakfast couldn't really fault great value

Very convenient location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, cool bar, clean and spacious room. Overall, great hotel to stay.

It was clean, bed comfy, couple drinks at their bar . You could order breakfast. As we stayed only 1 night it had everything we needed.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean. It was good value for money and the hotel has met my expectations. The location was also okay - it took me about 15 minutes to travel from the City Centre to the hotel by Uber.

We were all very satisfied with the hotel ,rooms ,food ,great not a complaint about any thing and will be staying again

Stayed for the second time. Great for the price.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, nice surroundings, facilities. Nice meals. Good beds etc.

Everything was great I enjoyed my stay

Accommodation was of a high standard & the helpful/friendly staff.

It was very clean and well maintained

the slogan is : not an ordinairy hotel which covers it all. Old Abbey from 1050 orso with the original athmosphere and modern rooms. all good

Went to see a concert at the arts centre and was very pleasantly suprised with the proximity of the hotel, then the standard of the hotel made the whole thing an excellent experience.

Great team very helpful. Sharon especially

Great value for money and the Manager was extremely welcoming

Easy to find, bang in the middle of city centre

Lovely staff who couldn't do enough for you. The rooms had everything you needed.

The location is great and central to Coventry.

Very silent, so that I could focus on my work

I loved the quirkiness of the building. Think - sloping floors, exposed beams, charm and character, character, CHARACTER! I had an early flight and after such a great sleep at Swanswell Gatehouse I honestly didn't want to miss my flight by settling in bed. So I freshened up in the amazing hot shower and left early. However I loved feeling like I really had stepped back in time!
