AustraliaThe staff are exceptional! We arrived a bit stressed due to various things and the gentleman at reception immediately made us feel at home. Both he, and the lady the next morning were so kind they felt like family and friends.
Nearby there are many pub and dining options. For vegetarians/vegans there are restaurants and a trusty Wetherspoon pub in walking distance.

We were visiting my daughter who lives a couple of miles away and this was an excellent place to stay, lovely surroundings and accommodation. Will definitely be booking again when we are next up.

The room and bed was fine, just required some where to stay with the dogs for the bank holiday. Shirley park was just behind the building so handy for a walk. Our first two nights were fine very quiet, the car park was right outside, no problems there. All very good until the third night, please read the what not like review.

Quality classy accommodation and very clean. Lovely quiet, relaxing and picturesque location yet very near to the M42 and NEC. I felt as though I was on holiday despite only staying for 1 night!

If you are looking for a property to stay in during time off work, look no further... This place is a Palace with everything you need during your cosy but quiet stay in Solihull, with everything at your door such as public transport & delivery services... I would highly recommend this holiday home and the host for exceeding expectations 💯

Lovely, quiet farm location with accommodation near to the stables. Horses and llamas in the field nearby. Comfortable, compact room, with good sized fridge and microwave. Great for a short stay while attending a conference nearby.

Exceptional accommodation and service.
Great attention to detail and a lot of hard work and effort are evident throughout.
Wonderful breakfast, cooked to order.
We stayed in room 2 which also had a little private patio area with seating.
Barncroft is a credit it's owner and host, Vicky: no hesitation in recommending Barncroft.

Lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Horses and alpacas a bonus! The accommodation was excellent- spotless and the decor beautiful. The owners have thought of everything you need for the perfect stay!
I wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return to stay in No.8 . And would recommend to family and friends
