Accommodation in Tilehurst

Everything, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast good size portions. Also had dinner in the hotel, very tasty. Good value for money.

I am a regular at this wonderful place, very friendly and prime location

Clean, tidy, and friendly front desk staff. Our family room with balcony has a nice lake view. The bathroom had a stylish design, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very restful stay and left feeling refreshed for the rest of our journey. There’s also a bar and café downstairs, which was very convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Reading.

Big room, pleasant equipment, fantastic location, good soundproofing,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Malmaison Reading for my business trip and was impressed by the exceptional level of service throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and welcoming. A special thanks to Stella, who made the experience even more memorable. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out from the very beginning. She was attentive and helpful, ensuring every detail of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attitude is a great example of the service the hotel delivers. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment. Its location - directly opposite Reading Station and conveniently close to coach services to and from Heathrow - made it an excellent choice for my business trip. Over the last couple of months I have had several excellent stays at Malmaison Reading and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality service, comfort, and a genuinely welcoming experience.

Great location, easy reach of everything. Very quiet, with parking. Host was very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this for long or short term stay

The accommodation was reasonable and clean

It was exactly as pictured and liked that I had everything I needed in the room. No issues for me with cleanliness. Very limited noise from neighbours. Liked the washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Location was great for me as I was working nearby.
