To begin with, the hotel, which is located in a historic neighborhood, offered parking closeby. The design of the room and the furnishings were top notch. We enjoyed the balcony off the room. The cafe/bistro offers a nice selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we return to Arta, we will definitely choose Piccadilly House again.

arden House was a wonderful place to stay in Arta! It's located very close to the city center, yet in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us helpful instructions and great recommendations on what to see and do around the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Garden House to anyone visiting Arta!

Great location, very close to the market and all the bars and restaurants. Super comfortable and cozy apartment that was nicely decorated. Free coffee capsules and firewood was a welcome plus. There's a huge balcony to enjoy if the weather permits. Don't forget to taste some of the great pies in the nearby local pie shops!
