Good location, clean, safe, it had all we needed, our hosts were polite and helpful. All services made our stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for a great time :)

It is right by the sea. The beach is like a private beach although there is a cafe-restaurant which provides beach chairs and umbrellas to its customers, there weren't many people using the facilities. The sea was calm during most of our stay. We rented the entire house. It had a nice sitting room with two sofas and a large coffee table, a large kitchen, a dinner table, and a bathroom with no shower on the second floor in addition to a large veranda overlooking the beach for enjoyable late afternoon and night chat with your family and friends. The lower floor had two bedrooms, one with its own private bathroom, in addition to a second shared bathroom on this floor. It had a sitting room with a midsize couch, a dining table, and a kitchen. The dishwasher was only available on the second floor. There are two refrigerators, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. There are no bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has two bedrooms, each having a private bathroom with showers. The first floor has its own private entrance and an inner door that can be locked to separate it from the rest of the house. There is a washing machine in the laundry room located on the first floor separated from the rest of the first floor by an inner door.Each floor has a split air conditioning. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and dinnerware for cooking your own meals and dining at home. The landlady was helpful and kind. She waited for us to let us in until 11:30pm since our flight to Chios was delayed.

Everything was nice and clean. A peaceful house near the beach.

At first glance, everything seemed as advertised. -- until we went to use it.. The air conditioner in the living room was the best part of the facility.

What not to like when you are near Fotis family. Excellent experience..

a wonderful place to stay, yet the bed should be changed and enlarged, a washing machine is needed, other gadgets for a longer stay should be thought like an iron. other than that wonderful hosts, wonderful place...

Everything! Nicely decorated rooms, fully equipped kitchen, one of the best beaches (Komi) just in front of the house. We felt like we are at our own home

The location of the house is great. You can reach one of the best beach of the island by walking in minutes. The house has 3 rooms (2 has double bed, 1 has two single beds) each have its own air condition. Kitchen is fair enough (mid size refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, owen, kettle, toaster and coffee machine), we preferred to have our breakfast ay home.

A spacious big apartment with 2 bedrooms and the beach was 4 minutes. The hostess was very kind.
