Super clean, cozy, and with great view.

The breakfast was amazing- everything fresh and homemade- reminds me of the traditional Greek breakfast when I went to Greece to visit family as a child. The owners Eleni and Panayiotis were so very kind and helpful. When I needed to contact local Greek relatives by phone they called for me using their own phones (I was having trouble with my cellphone) and even spoke in Greek to help arrange plans since my Greek is poor. The property is beautiful with amazing views of Konitsa.

The hotel is so peaceful and cozy, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The room was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with local specialties.

It was right next to the famous bridge and hike to the monastery with the most incredible views. Very friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. It was a great experience!!

Mr. and Mrs. welcomed us at 22:00 even that was a late hour and even that we said promised to arrive at 20:00. The have a really nice view of the city and the mountains from the balcony. The accomodation has a good bed, good conditions at the bathroom, an electric stove and frigde at a lilte kitchen. And a large balcony where you cand stay at at table and admire the view.

The appartment is located in a perfect spot in Konitsa and is well equiped and furnished and you have everything that you need for a comfort stay. The hose was lovely and welcoming and was always available and took care of everything we needed. We really recommend this place

Our host Stavros was very welcoming and helped plan our trips. He even gave us vegetables from his garden when we said we were preparing our meals.

Location was the best in Konitsa! Very peaceful location. Beautiful views from balcony of the mtns. Easy 600m walk to center. Super easy parking and self check-in. Nicely decorated and very cozy house with A/C. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotless clean, better than any! Two patios and one balcony to enjoy the surrounds views. Comfortable beds and everything you need in house from soap, shower gel, clothes detergent, etc. Kitchen fully equipped, even had Greek coffee and Nespresso as well as basic medications. Wonderful welcome gift of homemade rose liquor and tsipouro as well as candies, nuts and dried fruits....what a touch! Absolutely no regrets! This family run apartment is perfect and well worth the money. The hosts are very friendly, of course!
