Accommodations in Bale

Fantastic location. Calm and spacious bungalow. Highly recommend the jacuzzi with seaview.

The room, the sauna, the staff, all was top notch

The property has been completely renovated with reverence for the history, going hand in hand with modern conveniences. From the moment I entered Villa porta no 7, I knew it was a treat for the eyes. Nina has honoured the past with an artistic expression that was such a pleasure to enjoy and her husband Radovan was a lovely host.

We appreciated the space and privacy as well as delicious Istrian dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

Although the front desk was not open 24hrs, If I had any questions I could easily text and receive a quick reply. My luggage was lost in transit and staff assisted with trying to reach out to the airline for me. Also, the staff went out of their way to assist me with getting charger for my Macbook (as I had stored it in the lost luggage :( The pool was a real treat after a day of walking around the village and sightseeing. Personally, I appreciated that it felt like an "adult" accommodation and not aimed at families with kids jumping into the pool. As a solo traveller that was a bonus ! The AC worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book here when I return to this village again.

The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.Overall, I highly recommend Villa Lav for anyone seeking a perfect getaway. It truly offers a fantastic combination of comfort, excellent service, and delicious local cuisine.

The hosts and the home were absolutely amazing. The home was even more beautiful than the photos, so spacious, and so clean. Everything was upgraded and so many beautiful touches inside, fully stocked kitchen, and everything we could need. We were greeted by Roberto when we arrived with a beautiful board of local cheeses, charcuterie, and 2 bottles of wine. He dropped off a delicious homemade apple strudel another day we were there. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating and made us feel so at home. The home is also in a great location close to all the local shops and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The design The property was beautiful The staff was incredible

Room Piutti was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a great location just a 10-minute walk from Bale's old town and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The property is thoughtfully split into two separate apartments: one for the kids, with a bedroom and shower comparable to a 4+ star hotel room, and a full modern apartment with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The main apartment also had a lovely outdoor patio with a dining table, plus a backyard with a trampoline and lounge chairs. Everything was beautifully decorated with wonderful modern touches throughout, and overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Old house part of city core, renovated and cozy. Bale are small historical Istria city and house is part of it, everything is so close and you can park your car and enjoy old town. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return for sure. House has all what is needed for living!

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view of Bale and beyond, the nice little kitchen which was quite well stocked, comfy beds, hot shower, super clean. Air conditioner good. The mosquito nets on the windows were a little tricky to pull down and our wonderful host fixed them immediately. Nada and her husband are delightful. They really only speak Croatian, but their daughter Ana on the phone arranged everything very nicely. Can't wait to go back. Don't miss the Kamene Price Jazz Cafe a stone's throw away. An excellent flamenco guitarist played during our excellent dinner and the hosts are good fun.

Being able to stay in an old castle but everything in the home renovated for that modern look.

The old town Bale is amazing and the guest house Robert and Mirna is perfectly located in the city centre. All the top destinations are max 30min away, including Rovinj, Pula, Brioni, etc. We cant wait to come back again :) Robert and Mirna are also there for anything!

Its a wonderful place, clean, cozy, well organized, not so crowded. The kids really enjoyed the kids club, we also liked the fact that swimming pool is right next to the sea. We had a good time there with two little kids.

The facilities, restaurant, bakery and market on site were all great.

excellent accommodation in a good location, easy to find, private parking, friendly hosts and an abundant and very good breakfast, we will definitely do it again if we are in that part of Istria again

Everything here is perfect. For families, kids. Most sanitary facilities are new and very comfortable.
