The host was amazing. She gave us great meal recommendations that were close by. The bathroom towels were more like sheets! They were fabulous! she also had the softest rug in our room. She has a buffet breakfast with cereals, fruits and yogurt. She also served a hot breakfast starting at 8am. unfortunately we had to get on the road by 7:30 so we didn’t have it. She was sweet enough to make us some tea and toast to go with our cereal and yogurt. The location is great-just far enough out of Birr to be relaxing and close enough to get to town quickly. Highly recommended!

Exceptional ! I have stayed in many places but this has to be up there with the very best. The hosts were so helpful, greeting us with a bottle of wine and having the place immaculate and stocked with bread, bacon, smoked salmon and beverages. Everything was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was very soft for a good nights sleep. I could not have asked for a better stay.

Centrally located, self service breakfast, nice sitting area for gathering or to enjoy take out; large bedroom - very helpful and accommodating host; we needed a place to reset ourselves during a long trip and this was the perfect place Lots of dining options nearby, coffee shops, post office, supermarket etc
