Accommodations in Katra

I liked the hospitality and the way the person at reception was attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean. The location is in the middle of Kashmere road and Railway road. It is a 10 min walk from the Katra bus stand. They have power backup and lift.

The property is really beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire property is extremely neat and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely wonderful property. Exceptionally well kept and outstanding surroundings. Professional staff and super caring. A big shout out to Head Chef Nitin Kumar and his staff. They served very tasty food. Chef Nitin took exceptional care with regard to our food needs. Chef Nitin ensured that our food needs were met during our visit to Vaishnodevi Temple

Everything the hospitality and ambiance.

The property was nearby to the bus station and Amit - Hotel manager was extremely helpful in the check-in process and guiding on other things.

Great customer service and very accomotative

I am an American traveler. I had just walked to the temple the day before. I was exhausted and sore. This hotel met a lot of American standards, and had a good price. I got the sauna, typical 90min massage and jacuzzi for $45. It was worth way more money than I paid. The next day I felt a lot better. I ordered a taxi to the airport and they took care of everything for me.

Room , facilities and support were excellent. I really appreciate the hospitality of whole staff.

Location . Food and staffs friendliness

Location, room size, bath rooms, staff

I recently booked a stay at Hotel Royal Krishna in Katra for my parents during their Vaishno Devi trip, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. My parents aren't very tech-savvy and had trouble connecting to the WiFi, which initially prevented us from communicating via WhatsApp. However, when I called the front desk, the staff went above and beyond by going to my parents' room, connecting their WiFi, and ensuring they could make a WhatsApp call. I truly appreciated their efforts! The hotel's location is another major highlight. Situated very close to the main market, it offered easy access to shops, and restaurants, and other amenities. This proximity allowed my parents to explore the area comfortably. Additionally they provided the pickup and drop off to the Helipad. Thank you very much to Hotel Royal Krishna, for sure, I will stay with you again in future!

rooms were comfortable, the room can be improved, but overall it was a pleasant stay

I like the cleanliness and staff behavior most 👍
