Very easy access to the building. Everything is very good explained. They were flexible with the check in. times . The room looked fantastic, very spacious and clean. There is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook yourself but you should rather enjoy their restaurant which has great food . The staff is exceptional, really nice and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice apartment within walking distance of the coast and the town centre. Good communication with the property beforehand and a straightforward self check-in. Lift to the apartment is useful for heavy items. The apartment is well decorated, equipped and furnished. It all feels very new - it has been done well. Clean, light and spacious. There was a reserved parking space available in front of a garage on the side of the street. The walk into the centre is an easy 20-25 mins. We would love to return for a longer stay in the future.

Lorenza is an exceptional host, taking care of all details, really nice and very attentive, to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The location is great, very close to the city centre, and also to the beach (walking distance to both sides). There are nice places to eat very close to the B&B, the bus to/from the railway station is 2 minutes (at most !) away. The flat is very pleasant, with large rooms, very well equipped, and spotless clean. Breakfast is very good, with fresh croissants every day, and a lot of options, including fresh fruit. Definitely a place I am happy to recommend, and where I would come back when travelling to Ancona !

Wow what a great place to stay in beautiful Ancona. The rooms were fantastic, we had a great sea view. The breakfast was the best we had on our whole holiday. Easy walk to town and closed to the ferry terminals. The staff were polite and helpful.

Difficult to find something I didn’t like! The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and in a super central location. Tastefully decorated, and with very useful washing machine and all practical amenities- even a great hairdryer! The owner is super friendly and was extremely helpful! Great view out of bedroom window, easy access into town by car to all Ancona attractions, it's a shame that the shipping terminals and harbour area are quite ugly and there are very few options available for dining at the waterfront. The breakfast at accommodation was very good and staff attentive. This is a very well presented property set up well for travelers short stay or long.

Our Second stay at this beautiful place. The owner is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is stylish, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant is excellent (closed on Wednesday evening) Amazing grounds and views 😍

Close to rail and bus station. (Less then 5mins walk) 20-30mins walking to downtown depends how fast you walk :) I prefer staying away from crowded areas. So location is good. Very spacious (perfect for staying for long vacation), compared same price in downtown for less than half size this place is huge. Some ppl complaint about shower. Read the instructions on top of washing machine plentty of hot water and very good pressure. Never used washing machine but it looks like new

Best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Excellent room, great bathroom. High security. Seemed a little out of the way at first but was handy to city centre, attractions and eateries. Would gladly stay again. Highly recommended
