Everything about this place is great.We where on a 16 day trip and stayed in many places on the way and this one was one of the best.! The apartment that we had is on the top floor and it's very nice, superclean and with big balcony with chair's and table. The swimming pool is very good with saltwater.There's a bar next to the pool with big table were you also eat your breakfast and dinner. Sergio is the host and he is very nice, he's alway's around and make's your stay very pleasant. If you are in the neigborhood,book it!

Asked for a little extra something, as a young couple. Arrived to three towel hearts on bed, filled with petals. Such a cute gesture from the host. The bed and pillows were soft and clean. Plenty of towels. A little basket in the bathroom with soaps and such. The view from the balcony was lovely, there are two stools and a little table. AC worked well. Bathroom is small but well equipped. There is a hair dryer but I didn't even need it, as I sat on the balcony in summer heat and hair was dry in 10 minutes. There is free cold water bottles in the fridge in the corridor for guests to take. There is also a coffee machine ( that I did not use so cannot comment on that).

You will never regret if you stay in this place. It has everything: a great location in a quiet area, authentic Italian atmosphere, wonderful people, and delicious food. My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were looking for a charming place, so we didn't consider hotels. This option turned out to be the best in Anzio. We chose a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we didn't regret it. Almost every evening, we sat on the balcony, had drinks, and enjoyed beautiful views, not only of the sea but also of the city. The house is filled with many wonderful things that create a unique coziness, making you feel like you're not on vacation, but visiting a close friend. The hostess who created this cozy environment is a very kind and interesting woman. She helped with everything, from providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to assisting with plumbing issues when we had no hot water. Despite having an assistant, she sometimes cooked breakfast for us, which, by the way, was also very good. The beach was about a 15-minute walk away. Beach loungers were available for a fee, which was relatively high compared to places like Greece or Turkey, but we received additional discounts as guests of BUBA BnB. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes near the beach. The beaches were delightful as well. It's clean and lively here, as many people rent spots for the entire season and come with their families. This creates a great atmosphere where everyone knows each other and constantly interacts. There were very few tourists. Because Anzio is small and not very touristy, it was sometimes challenging to find English speakers even in restaurants and stores. Menus were often only in Italian as well. But in general, the people are very friendly. Leaving this place, we were certain that we would come back here because the comfort and atmosphere that Cornelia creates here surpass any expensive hotels. There's life and energy in this place. Thank you.
