Friendly personnel, stunning garden

Everything was good, especialy the pool and the music with dance.

Very good property, the apartment is so new and clean. Easy to find and very central location. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Beautiful views. So close to the Outlets.

I just say,that we returned within 3 days to spend another night here after visiting Naples.

Everything is perfect, the hotel, the personal. 100 out of 10. The breakfast is very delicious, especially pies. The WiFi wasn’t working, and in the next day they put router in my room. Near to the sea. Even the location very far from city centre, there is Cotral bus which comes on time by schedule. You can upload cotral bus application and see when is the bus.

A short walk from the accommodation is Valeria Bar with Uncle Roberto. A friendly smile and great coffee. His nephew, Fredrico runs a deli with amazing cheeses and meats for sale next door.

The location was great being a beach hotel close to room. I liked the fact that this is a smaller hotel. The breakfast consisted of typical Italian fare of cake and pastries as well as coffee and juice upon request. The staff were all more than willing to accommodate us as a family when we could only speak English and German. They made an effort to understand us and provided great service. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family of 4. The location and beach access are great and we had a wonderful time at the beach. The restaurant is also good.

The place is good, convenient transportation, as it is between Rome and the seaside. Rome, on a very good road, can be reached in half an hour. What impressed us the most was the staff's friendliness and help, even in personal matters. Comfortable beds, clean place, because the room is cleaned every day, there is a shower and bath, everything works perfectly, quiet environment, really suitable for one night or even several. If we ever travel again, we will definitely stay here.:)

Fabio and Bruna are wonderful hosts — incredibly responsive, responsible, and friendly. Our stay was exceptionally comfortable and hassle-free. We enjoyed a good breakfast with fantastic Italian coffee. The property is perfectly situated in a quiet area close to both the sea and Rome. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

What can you expect from a big two-bedroom house? Awesome place even for a single night. The car can be parked inside a gated area and there are grocery store and restaurants in a walking distance away.

Quiet place, parking on site, pool, spacious apartment. Recommend it to anybody who wants to visit Ardea, Anzio and Castelli Romani area. Host is very friendly and helpful :)
