What a lovely place! Close to the nature, cute and cozy rooms, everything clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back:)

Everything about the stay here was amazing. Property is brand new and beautiful, especially the pool area. Green and peaceful, you can really relax and enjoy. It is a short ride to Noto, less than 10 minutes and about 30 min to Syracuse. What really makes the stay here exceptional is the service and attentiveness from the staff, especially the manager. Nothing is a problem for them and will really make you feel welcome.

The place is very nice with a wonderful and welcoming host. The food made from local products is absolutely amazing because the property is also a restaurant. The charming decor of a Sicilian countryside is visible in every detail and the rooms are very clean. The price includes delicious breakfast in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Margherita, was very kind and helpful with everything. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and offered a beautiful view. We especially loved the terrace and the outdoor shower. The location was fantastic—quiet and peaceful, just a 5 minute drive to the sea and close to historic town. We would definitely love to return and repeat this experience.

Really nice place away from everything with a nice pool and amazing breakfast. Yes, dinner is expensive but also really good and with homemade ingredients. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice and clean room, almost brand new. Location right on the beach. Breakfast was also delicious, served with a view of the sunrise over the water. Staff was friendly and attentive with good communication.

It’s a great place to stay! Everything went really smooth, located near the beach and the room was outstanding. Very clean and nice, even an espresso machine for a coffee in the morning. Can highly recommend!!! :)

Valerio is great host! He was very helpful explaining us about everything what to see in Avola and surrounding! We had great stay with my family and at the end we requested to check out later that 10:00 and it was approved by him! I strongly recommendate this place for families!

Wonderfully renovated and kept cozy place with beautiful outdoor spaces. Very friendly and helpful staff. Paulo, in particular, does a wonderful job as a host. Although the beach is not too close, the walk through the citrus grove is very pleasant. I would not hesitate to go again, and can recommend with no caveats.

Super clean property and very lovely people, i would strongly recommend them

The apartment is located at a large square, where are restaurants, shops. We arrived from the airport by bus. The bus station is only a 3-minute walk away from the apartment. The owner (Sebastiano) welcomed us kindly, and he helped us with everything during the vacation. The apartment is very clean (every day cleaning it), very comfortable (I loved the pillow very much). There is also a shared kitchen upstairs, where are coffee machine, kettle, microwave and kitchen equipment. The entire square can be seen from the balcony. We were able to have breakfast in the pastry shop on the ground floor of the building. The coffee was excellent. We spend here very nice days, we loved it very much. If we come back to Sicily, for sure we will only come back here.

The apartment was a highlight of our trip. The elegant neo-classical Italian palazzo with an interior with high frescoed ceilings, and original tiled floors was great to relax in. It was a delight to have a coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the town square wake up. Giusy and Salvatore were super friendly and helpful. We are definitely planning to return!
