From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for this hotel, and it made a world of difference in my overall comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast served each morning, simple and delicious, it was perfect. The scenery from the hotel is simply stunning. Overlooking the beautiful Bay of Bacoli, we found it the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil and picturesque surroundings added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. If you are looking for a serene and rejuvenating getaway, Pharus Miseni is the place to be. The combination of exceptional service, pristine cleanliness, delectable food, and awe-inspiring views makes it an ideal choice. We had an outstanding four night stay here and plan to return in the future! The property is gorgeous, very well maintained, and has stunning views of Baia Castle, the Bay of Pozzuoli, and Mt Vesuvius. Our room was a good size, nice closet space, really spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space. Good water pressure and the a/c worked really well. The bed was comfortable and the room was simply decorated, but had a full length mirror, plenty of outlets, a kettle, mini fridge, tv, hair dryer, etc, and was very clean. Breakfast is served in the gorgeous cave-like restaurant and was good but nothing special; no hot food, but very typical Italian spread. There is a lovely lounge area too. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were all so attentive and friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best customer service I've experienced... anywhere! They even helped us order food to the hotel one night. We loved having drinks on the 3rd floor terrace every evening, enjoying the view. Just something to note - there was an event every night (weddings, I believe). This made no difference to us. There was always still a parking spot for us, twice there was live music (that we got to enjoy), and fireworks. Nothing lasted too late (maybe ended around 11pm) nor interrupted our sleep. The staff, even though there was so much going on, were still attentive to us. It's honestly a beautiful place to have an event! But if something like that might bother you maybe ask the hotel if how many events there will be during your stay. One other thing, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for someone else... you definitely need a car to get there. We were already familiar with the area, so we know what it's like, but others may not. There are not restaurants or shops in easy walking distance. But you need a car in this area in general anyway. It's totally worth it for the gorgeous view!

Stayed for six nights. Very quiet and peaceful, quite a few guests. Beautiful view from the room both during the day and at night. There are both paid and free beaches nearby, the only time to return to the hotel is a bit steep, but it is very interesting to wander along such picturesque streets Good breakfast and nice owners who will always help you with any questions and even sell you train tickets. The tastiest coffee I've tried

Highly recommend! Extremely pleasant hosts Massimo and Daniela, the most hospitable of all we met. The apartment is located a 3-minute walk from Poggio Beach. The kitchen is equipped with all needs + a good coffee maker. There are air conditioners in two rooms, two balconies for relaxation. In case we are in Bacoli again, we will stay only here. We were also kindly provided with a beach umbrella. Thank you very much, Massimo and Daniela

The hotel is very cozy, clean, and comfortable for both short and long stays. The breakfast, served on a terrace with care by our kind and welcoming Italian host Enrica, was amazing. The location is just perfect, offering a beautiful view of the lago miseno, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and shops very nearby. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. At the end of the stay Enrica organized our shuttle back to Naples airport with an affordable price. We highly recommend the hotel as well as the resort.

I liked absolutely everything. The apartment is large, beautifully equipped, super comfy& cosy, with a great view. There’s everything necessary and even more, nice compliments from the owners. The location is just great - in a couple of hundreds meters from the beach, the food groceries are in front. And the cherry on a pie - the owners - three charming, kindest ladies took a great care of us, oriented us around, helped with all our needs. We had a happiest stay and would love to come back once

I had an amazing stay. The room was beautiful and cleanliness was absoluteky top notch. Location was perfect as well, only a few feet away from the beach. Most of all, I appreciated the staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and a kind word and genuinely wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Davide and Giorgia who were very kind to me and my daughter

The place was very clean, easy to find, well located, very modern, relaxing and well organised. Contact was very easy with the staff to whom we spoke English without any problem. The price for the quality of the service, the location and all that our stay included (breakfast, rooftop jacuzzi and terrace, in-room jacuzzi…) was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lush, relaxing stay in a modern suite with a spouse. We were both delighted.

The apartment was on the ground floor with a reserved parking space, which was great. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had good food and great service. The apartment has all the amenities for self catering and a washing machine, which came in handy after travelling for more than two weeks. Overall a nice place to stay if you like peace and quiet.
