The location at the Piazza San Pietro was so convenient as it was right at the Civita entrance.The bed was comfortable and clean. The living room was cozy. And the view over the valley was amazing.

We were fortunate enough to have one of the suites at the front which had a jacuzzi and sauna - it was exceptional. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens and towels superb. Location is fantastic and extremely close to the lake with only a 10 minute walk up to the old town which is well worth a visit. Onsite parking is also available. A lovely boutique hotel.

Although I liked everything, the best part of my stay was the staff, specially during the breakfast service. They greeted me, explained how everything worked, prepared a table for me and checked on me if everything was to my liking. Small details that count for me a lot.

The best possible location, with a breathtaking view of the town of Civita. A beautiful, charming and spotlessly clean room, full of atmosphere and soul. The hosts are a wonderful family 💕— incredibly kind, warm-hearted people with real passion. In the room you can find organic cosmetics produced by their family business. They are extremely friendly and very helpful.🙏🏻 There is also the possibility to park quite cheaply almost right next to the town, 50 m from the accommodation. A very romantic 🥰 and exceptionally clean place 🩵

This is a beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was in the room with exception of shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was excellent over at the adjacent wine bar. The room itself is beautifully appointed. Modern but in keeping with the era and feeling of the town. Communication from the owners was excellent and patient, especially as I was not at my brightest after a long 12 hrs of driving for the day. Knowing we were arriving late, the owners quickly recommended we eat straight away before the only restaurant at the time closed, and called ahead to let them know we were coming and to not close the kitchen. This was greatly appreciated 🙏 and over and beyond in regards of kindness and service.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A great home base from which to explore the area. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Thanks to the provided parking pass, we could easily park on the street by the building and/or in any of the blue spaces around town.

Tourist spots are nearby, rooms are comfortable and clean. well equipped.

The house is located in the city center. On the main street. The apartment is quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are large. We used the local heating system at the end of October. It was not difficult. There are many shops and restaurants in the city. The apartment also had something prepared for breakfast. The owner communicates only in Italian, in other languages ​​via Whatsapp.

Everything, no complaints. Elisa looked after every minute detail, from helping us with parking to providing snacks and breakfast and giving us advice on restaurants and attractions. It's very evident when a host has passion for what they do.
