Amazing location, you get there by driving in the middle of olive trees and wineyards, the house was simply beautiful and well tasted decorated: also fully equipped for cooking and cleaning, with a lovely terrace and sunbeds outside, nice little pool to refresh. I loved the fact it was a propriety “adults only” (did not know that when I booked), so we enjoyed full silence. I appreciated the air conditioning quality (silent and no bad smell even if it was permanently turned on).

The food at the restaurant is good and the pool is clean and big.

A little slice of heaven! The room was spacious, very clean and luxurious. Nestled in the quiet little old village of Guardistallo, the small but perfectly formed b&b sits looking out over a valley. We had a downstairs bedroom, Camille. Very large bed, memory foam pillows, and a beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower. Plenty of hot water, plenty of soaps, shampoos etc. the village is very quiet and I’m a sensitive sleeper. Bed was quite firm, but still comfortable, that’s just personal choice. The best part of the stay was undoubtedly Carla and her attention to detail. The breakfast was phenomenal. I have stayed in some top hotels and this breakfast totally outdid those! Everything fresh and homemade and served in their gorgeous restaurant. Hams, cheeses, fresh breads, homemade pies, cereal, yogurts, compotes, and incredible service to match. We used the small unheated pool and sauna with complimentary robes on request which just added to our stay.

A wonderful place, the house is very clean, everything is well-kept and the swimming pool (the lake as Marco said) is amazing. The owners are very helpful and make sure your stay is comfortable. The area is great for hiking and cycling. We recommend the apartments and will be happy to come back next year.

Travelling back from Elba and Saturnia, a last minute booking to break the return drive home to Lake Maggiore. Great location within walking distance to the local town. A nice nested little apartment perfect for 3 persons or a family with two little kids

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room cleaned beautifully each day. Breakfast good quality. Good stick of local wines on sale at the property. Location easily accessible for local town.
