We changed our reservation to the room with balcony in the second floor. It was perfect!! Spacious room that was beautifully renovated, updated and stylish design, great bathroom and lots of daylight. There is a shared fully equipped kitchen with coffee and snacks. Good location few minutes walk to the center, but still very quiet. Probably one of the best options in Bolsena. We loved it and will be back

We stayed here for two nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is right next to the old town, yet incredibly quiet — all you can hear are the birds singing. There is plenty of parking available. Each room has a private balcony with a breathtaking view over the entire lake, making morning coffee a truly unforgettable experience. There is also a coffee machine in the room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A special word must be said about Donatella — she is simply amazing. We arrived very late, and she waited for us and welcomed us with a warm smile. During our stay, she also helped us reserve a table at a restaurant. Truly beyond words. I highly recommend this place to everyone and sincerely hope to come back soon.

The staff was so sweet! Bernardo played guitar while we had breakfast in the sitting room and it was so lovely- we felt like royalty! The palazzo is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. And dinner was just a short walk away to the city center.
