The staff were attentive, reception very helpful and informative and breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had.

If you are ever lucky enough to check in and be greeted by Emma you are sure to have an enjoyable stay. Ibis got Lucky when they hired Emma!

I didn’t expect anything but just a one night stay before the flight, but the room was very comfortable and clean, there were many small nice details and facilities inside the room, decent breakfast. Moreover I came 2 hours before the check in time, and the staff was very friendly, they let me in earlier, then after check out at 12 I had to work remotely before the flight at the evening, and the staff guided me to the modern conference room where I stayed the whole day and worked alone without anyone bothering me. This was very nice experience and everything was either good or much better than expected. Thanks a lot to the staff!

Location just near tram. Tram goes 10 min to centre Florence. Top. Free parking on side.

The apartment is located on small side street, away from the main road, and therefore it is very quiet there, without the uproar and noise from traffic. The first floor is such convenient that You can use an elevator or just use a few steps, both of which are easy. But the real surprise happens when You open the door. You will find a large living room with a comfortable sofa, large tv, pianino, and charming atmosphere made with accessories chosen with very good taste. The details are delicate, and they are in full harmony with the character of this apartment. Behind large double sliding doors, You have access to the kitchen, done in perfect style and projected with ergonomy in focus, to make it comfortable for every user. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances, which You probably even will not use, but the host remembers about everything to please everyone. After kitchen You have a ladies' bathroom, spacious and done in very nice style. There is another - maybe we could call it the gentleman's bathroom, both large, comfortable, and extremely clean. You will notice straight away that there is not even one dot, one speckle of dirt, or limescale, or anything to spoil the perfect perception of clearness and good style. All apartment is extremely well maintained, and they are kept spotlessly clean and shiny. This sparking, shiny state will exceed any expectations, honestly make it an amazing place to stay. The two following bedrooms are done and combined in very gentle tones, make You feel very comfortable there, as it is beds and mattresses as well. In the main bedroom You have a second balcony facing the front of the building and because it is a very quiet street, sitting there is very comfortable. My feelings from this apartment are that I found an extremely well presented place to stay with very good price for it ! Separately and especially, I would like to mention the host Lorenzo.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful, comfortable and clean! It’s an amazing place with cozy furniture, full of light. Silvia was the best host, so kind, friendly and full of positive energy! It’s near the train and the bus stop where you can take the transports to go in Florence. We enjoyed our stay and we would choose it again for sure!

The location is amazing and quiet. The garden is very beautiful and well managed. The house is big and allows you to live a true Tuscan experience.

Great host, very helpful. The property is lovely, in a quite spot surrounded by trees and flowers. Mosquito nets were very useful and the local cafe full of delicious pastries for breakfast and yummy options for lunch or eveining. The location is very convenient for trains to Florence and Pisa.

Hands down this was the best stay in my history of renting stays via booking. Equipment, cleanliness, contact with the hostess, list goes on... Everything was top notch. Once I entered the apartment, I already regretted our stay lasts only 3 nights. As a former employee of a hotel, I thought that 10- notes can be only issued for fake stays. Domo Elisa absolutely deserves this 10❤️ I wish I had such comfort at my own house. Photos don't really reflect how beautiful this place is. I steal the idea of painted high ceilings. Mind the fact that there is no reception per se. We were over 2 hours late according to the declared hour of arrival, and the hostess had to wait for us in front of the building to hand over the keys, and the guilt still haunts me a week later 😅 The train station is within walking distance and you can get to Florence in no time for 1.5€ /person (05.2025)

The attention to detail is off the charts. Ylenia (the host) is so kind and helpful with everything. Everything is new and clean. Great internet, I was able to have my work Zoom calls without any problems. There's 2 TVs, a washing machine, a really big bedroom, the bathroom is so comfortable, big fridge... I just can't begin to say all the things there are to love about the place, I could go on and on. You're about 10min away from downtown Florence by train, and the train station is 2 blocks away from the appartment. PLEASE BOOK THIS PLACE, it was an incredible experience and I can't wait to go back!
