Very accommodating. Initially talked to the host/wife via whatsapp, very friendly. Then met with the host/husband on check in day. He doesnt speak English but he did everything for us to understand what he meant for us to have a comfortable stay. Got our coffee and breakfast biscuits too. Amenities 100% lovin it. Also they have a partial scenic view of the ocean. Very nice place! 100% recommended!

Lovely place as everybody has said. Very modern. Great facilities and would be more than happy to book for a longer stay next time. Beautiful views over the harbour and just 15 mins in the bus from La Spezia Centrale. The bus is just 1.5 euros and easy. Parking garage very secure and the owners made us very welcome…

The place was clean and tidy, the terrace was swept everyday, WiFi was perfect and the owner was very helpful and answered fast to the messages. It was a good spot to travel around the coast as Cinque Terre, Portofino and Portovenere were all close by.

The hotel offers fantastic value for its price. The cleanliness truly stands out, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a pleasure to relax in the courtyard, which features two sun loungers and umbrellas. Having access to a kitchen where guests can cook for themselves is a significant advantage. And on our departure, the homemade croissant and refreshing juice they provided were a delightful and thoughtful touch.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment near Porto Venere, in a charming small town. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the port, and our view from the window overlooking the port and the sea was amazing. It really added to the experience. The apartment comfortably fit four of us. Overall, a great spot for exploring the area!

The room was beautiful, super clean and practical. It had a nice balcony and bathroom as well. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The room is cleaned every day if you wish. The owner was easy to reach and any question was answered quickly. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the train station and from the start of the main street. You don't hear cars or trains.
