No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

The location is absolutely perfect - just a short walk from the train station, directly opposite the beach, and within easy walking distance to the town center. It made getting around so convenient. The staff was fantastic - so warm, friendly, and full of great local suggestions that really helped us make the most of our visit. The breakfast each morning was pretty good, too. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Honestly, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monterosso!
