Staff make you feel like home, from the reception to the housekeeping. They were caring and so friendly and professional. We got served a welcome drink on arrival, which was a great touch. They can organise anything for you, from car transfers to boat trips. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of italiand breads, sweets, cheeses and meats, as well as some hot options. Room was spacious and clean, with a great view and all the facilities we needed. Location was perfect, right across from the beach, near many restaurants and about 100 metresfr the ferry terminal, which goes to Portofino, Santa Margherita and other beaches. During our stay, there was also a special drinks / finger food happy hour event organised by the hotel, which was a great opportunity to meet staff and other guests. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, equipped with all (and more) the necessary amenities. The hosts were extremely welcoming and picked me up from the train station and took me to the apartment. It is located 5min walk away from Rapallo center, which makes it an excellent place to explore Liguria!

We really liked our stay here, even though we could only book for one night. Lucia is very welcoming and showed us everything in the apartment. It has everything you need, it was really clean and cosy. There is a lovely balcony where you can sit and eat. A great place to walk to Rapallo's centre and seafront. We hope to return another time. The apartment is clean, spacious, and fully equipped for four people. The town itself is incredibly charming, and you can take a boat to Portofino and other nearby spots. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the seaside. In the town center, there are plenty of shops and cafés—something for everyone. A great little apartment that was immaculate. 400m easy walk from the train station and very close to the water, less than 10 mins walk. Lots of supermarkets and fruit shops metres from the front door. Christian was so helpful and always accessible to answer any questions we had. We loved our time in Rapallo and wish we’d stayed longer. Those with mobility issues would need to find alternate accommodation due to multiple sets of stairs.

Amazing house and the host. The accommodation has everything you need even for longer stays. Kitchen is fully equipped and for sure you will get the desire to make some special meals there. It had a lot of games for our kids, they enjoyed it a lot and were very happy to be there. The house has its charm because of all the details that the owners took care of. The welcome package was great (water, coke, beer) including oranges and kiwi from the owners garden.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, always ready to meet our needs. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the city center, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation. Additionally, the private parking covered, secure and a large entrance right next to the hotel added peace of mind to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rapallo.

Can I start by saying that we are not snobs nor are we strangers to budget accommodations and what to expect, however we were quite disappointed with this stay. What we liked: Decent WIFI, great location, friendly host.
